I ported over to Cell C based on your very effective advertising campaign promising Better Value, Better Customer Service and Better Coverage.

I have to say that I was impressed with you regarding the first two promises, however when it come to coverage and signal strength in Johannesburg at least - IT IS HOPELESS.

I'm unable to make use of my phone at all - I have to live with not receiving calls, calls dropping. Poor to no internet connectivity.

Yes I have queried this with your technical service people and they have investigated - the feedback is that cell c is currently upgrading their network - that is great but I need a network that is fully functioning right now!

Please terminate this contract due to the fact that you cannot offer me the service you promised - Once your upgrade is done I wouldn't hesitate to move back to Cell C but for now I'm.
