BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND NO CRM SYSTEM

To whom it may concern,

I am so irritated right now, I was contacted by Nxatel three weeks ago, offering me a cell phone contract. I ordered a Samsung MINI and was promised it will be delivered in 14 days. It has gone way passed 14 days and now when I dial 087 3534 417 NOBODY can help me. I called 5 times today and was referred to a MONICA, who is the delivery manager. The call gets cut all the time.

I need to know if this company is legit and if I will ever get this phone. I WOULD be so annoyed if they debit my account for something I do not have.
