We have an account with Nxatel since October 2010. We signed for sixty months. We had three switchboards in this period (Mitel, Very Bad product). When using the line, it keeps cutting out at times, so badly that you cannot understand a word the other party is saying. Service manager came to see me after I wanted to cancel the contract on 30 April 2013. I gave him one last chance to fix the bad lines and bad service. Just because we are stuck with this contract and have to pay it, they think they can just give bad service. Today, 12 June 2013 I have still not received any satisfactory feedback regarding this matter. NXATEL, Make a note. If they phone you for marketing just put the phone down. They don't even deserve a polite conversation or a "Sorry, not Interested'
