Call Center Dodgy Dealings

Yesterday I received a call from your call center, saying that MTN has preselected me to receive a phone and prepaid sim card, the only thing i must do is to pay a once of fee for the R99 for the Airtime. I kept on asking that this was no contract cause I'm already on 3 contracts and I was assured that its not a contract its Prepaid. Now I just received a call from EliteMobile Call Center telling me that I have Signed up for a 24 Months contract with Vodacom. What the is Going on with this Company. Can you CANCEL the delivery of your phone, cause I don't want it anymore. There is something Dodgy with this Company, I don't want to be associated with SUCH COMPANIES.
