Wrong billing and wrong blockage of phone

I paid the cellphone company in cash R520 every month it is an arrangement that was made by them the problem is every time after I pay them they always complain that I haven't and they block my phone last month alone they block my phone about twice in July I went to Altech Autopage in Maponya they said that my account is reflecting that it has been paid but they have not updated the payment on their system so the system was automatically blocking my phone that was the explanation I got from one of the assistance at the shop I am tires of them blocking my phone anytime they fill like they don't want to work or update their data on their systems I am also suppose to pay and activation fee of R45 for a phone that was blocked unnecessarily I always pay my bill on time and at the same shop at Maponya on their system everything is fine but the people handling the account at the accounts department don't update their information on time now they want me to pay R620 this month. This has happen before when I was paying at Nedbank they always said it does not reflect and my deposit slips had bank stamps on them they treat me badly as if I am a bad payer I have never paid them late or never.
