The service from Nashua Mobile is completely pathetic. Firstly for months I have been tryiny to get them to load an entity aert on my account. I have sent emails and even went as far as going into the Nashua Central branch but 5 months down the line this alert was not loaded. Then I have a migration loaded on one of my lines form a MTN anytime package to a MTN top up package and was told that the new package will take effect from the 1st of August 2013 and that all my current services will stay active but the package moved over to a top up on the 30 July 2013 and the BIS service that was on my line was deactivated. I called the call centre over 6 times today and yet the service was still not activated even though was i promised that will be and besides that i now get told that although the service was free on my previous package i now have to pay for this service. This is outright pathetic and cant understand why consultants advise the clients of one thing and the total opposite happens. If is the rate of service that I will be recieving form Nashua Mobile I will most definately not be renewing all four of my contracts with them.
