Good Evening Telkom

This is the third time that I am complaining about the same issue, only this time I have found something more serious to complain about. You are welcome to read my previous complaints.

I have ordered ADSL for the Waterkloof area about 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. Telkom Direct keep telling me that the system says there are no cables due to cable. I am no technician but I had a feeling that there is cables due to people in my area using adsl. Today, after going to the Telkom direct store and given the same answer as always, I saw one of your technicians a few meters from my house. I stopped and asked him whether he can help me out. He was very friendly and said that there is no cable in the Waterkloof area and that Telkom direct isn't doing their job properly. He took my order number and said that he can't help me as the order is not yet validated.

This is where I would like you to help me Telkom. I need someone to call me as soon as possible so I can validate my order. After that I would sort out everything else, I just need you do validate my order.
