I'm not gonna give a long story here. All I'm gonna say is that I have a land line account and my girlfriend has a 8ta contract. Since 8ta is linked with Telkom, consider this complaint directed at both parties. As a result of the headaches we have experienced with 8ta customer service, my girlfriend has just recently canceled her contract. Taking into consideration all the headaches I have had with Telkom and my girlfriend with 8ta, I would like management to know that besides keeping my land line (which I still question daily), we will NEVER consider subscribing to ANY Telkom/8ta packages/promotions. Nor will I recommend family and friends to either. On that note, if I get any promotional calls... I will be rude, so don't bother. I just cannot comprehend how this company functions, it's customer service is just disgusting... never in my life have I come across such incompetence.

I don't expect anything out of this rant except for management to TRY and understand my frustration. Even if Telkom/8ta presents the cheapest packages/rates, based on our experiences, we will rather select an institution with a solid reputation for customer service.
