No response on contractbfrom mtn

3 months ago i went to mtn in senekal to change my pay as you go contract to a contract, ever since i have just been having problems. I phoned 808 and the woman told me they are customer services, she cant help me. At this time i was so frustrated because mtn senekal told me to phone this nr and then again no service. I am so fed up with mtn. Really bad service!!!
