Account over charged

Once again my top up contract account was over charged, I was charged R749 on my account were is that coming from? my monthly charge is R329, I have cancel all the content subscriptions last month, but still I am been over charged, my contract is a topup contract and has a limit.how does my account goes over a limit if I have cancelled all the content subscription and its not an open line contract??
