You cant get out of their contract!

What is the point of having a call centre if it's not functional. My husband has been trying to get through to the MTN insurance call centre for months (0831236084) to cancel his insurance contract but no, they just keep him on hold for ever and ever and ever. And meanwhile the debit goes off every month, for a service he does not want. Is there another way of getting through to you people?
