Hand Over for a paid-up account

I was shocked to receive a sms message from Pholosa mentioning my acc number 339362 stating that I have been hand over for collection but my account is paid-up and my contract has not been renewed due to unemployment in Feb 2013 and I could not afford to go on with a cellphone contract! CellC I need a very good explanation for this judgement! When I phoned the number on your sms your number 011 317 4308 was busy for more than 5 minutes due to high call volume...
