Poor network speed in Newlands

I have had EDGE network speeds on both my cellphone and computer internet for almost two weeks now. A week ago, I received a reply from Cell C on this website saying that they would email me a network form to fill out and then they would see to it that it is fixed. Neither of these things have happened and I have been stuck with incredibly slow and frustrating internet speeds since. Up until two weeks ago I had full 3G and HSPDA on the respective devices. Please can this be sorted out!
