Instead of sending 4 reasons to be happy Cell c

Last year October I sent a mail to cell c complaining about the network where I live. Roaming all the time, drop calls still no 3 g, edge is completely useless the only feedback I got was a bill and some dumb message of 4 reasons why I should be happy I am with Cellc. Try fixing the network where we live before shooting your mouth away. I have been complaining for years now and still nothing is done? why lte when you do not even have 3 g sorted. fix your network no 3
