I have been struggling for a long time but it got worse now eventually Call centre suggested a sim swop and still no connection I have 3 ref numbers as I was talking to agent I was looking for the ref num and she calmly said if i don't give it in 30 sec she is going to drop the phone and she did, I want this contract cancelled with no cost involved as I can hardly ever use it outside my home were its connected to wifi i also feel I'm not going to pay for the sim swop. I did test it with a prepaid card and it works but not on the contract number 0847206151 the call was dropped at abou 3pm or just after I am not willing tp pay for service I don't get call me on 0843491310 (Your Guys on FB are good)
