Helpdesk and customer service is a joke

BIS suddenly becomes unavailable and in spite of numerous calls over the last couple of days still nothing. How is it possible to speak to 7 different consultants (even though most have been friendly) and no one can get it to work???
Right now i'm paying for a service i cant use, and my patience has reached its end!!!
This is totally unacceptable, don't know how to get it sorted and if i have to speak to ANOTHER consultant i'm going to SCREAM!!!
