Unauthorised debits on my savings account

I took out a contract with 8ta in 2010 April and its should have experied this year early. This company is still debiting my account without my concern lump sum from R750 and this month it was R1500 I dont know why you taking money from my account. I had to reverse all this debits with my bank and they charging me for reversal every month I dont have time and money to go to the branch everymonth for this your company is actually inconviencing me. I want this matter sorted as no communications were sent to me with regards to this billing The customer protection act says I have a right to honest dealings with the service provider and in this case you are not fullfilling that I think I will have to contact the regulators of CPA
