Could some one iin cell cx that know whats happening Plerase respond to this complaint, WHY is it that I send SMS at 15h45 and they are ONLY delivered at 02h27 the NEXT day. Instead of trying to attract other customers may be cell c should TRY and inprove there service to ther exsisting Customers. I KNOW THAT THIS IS A WAIST OF TIME REPORTING THIS MATTER AS NOTHING WILL BE DONE REGARDING THE MATTER
