Ad services from Cell C, will it ever end

Hi Cell it has been & days after notifying you that the phone is still giving the same problems. Does anyone at your branch or head office really care about their customers? Boitumelo does not even respond, so know i am not sure if we are in good hands or not.
Please can anyone just respond or do something about this bad service.

I am awaiting feedback from Cell C on what they are going to do about this matter, its long overdue now.
