I was impressed with Vodacom on Tuesday, Colin at the boardwalk in PE who was very helpful in selling me my new Galaxy S3. I was then sent to Greenacres to have the phone set up and do the simswap etc with Andre who was very helpful as well even though it took me 3hours to have the phone activated.
And the phone was working and then the next day the phone wasn't.

But once it comes to after sales service with the call centre... PATHETIC!
Endlessly being transfered to different people and no one can help you.
Bad attitude. Poor pronunciation of English and refuses to put me through to someone who can speak my language.
Cant even understand what they are saying.
7 days return policy on my phone and the first 3days unable to use it... How is that for fair in the CPA?

Why dont you spend some less money on sports sponsorships and more on employing decent staff like Andre in your call centre?
Soooo easy to take my money but when it comes to servicing those clients you couldn't care less.
Please call me to rectify this and fix this phone asap.

Currently suffering from serious buyers remorse... all the joy of the new phone in the drain.
