Unathorized deduction of Airtime and data

I recently got my phone back from MTN after submitting it for a warranty accessment as the unit was problematic. A day or so after receiving and using my phone, i started getting these strange SMS's on my phone from this Company called BGSA. Today is the 24 July 2013, i receive my monthly airtime and data on the 21st monthly... only difference this month is that i dont have a single cent or a meg of data left, all taken or used up and paid to this BGSA company which i have never ever heard of in my life, let alone subsribed to. i do believe that my money was taken unlawfully as i have searched the topic on hello peter and found that i am not the first person to fall victim to this.
