Telkom wins first and only prize for worst service

Cancelled two business lines on 12th March 2013. Still paying for them. Telkom sends automated answers to 33 e mails, fobs off 18 phone calls to someone else, line goes dead, wrong department etc etc.
Can anyone in this world be so utterly useless??? Have they no shame???
