BAD ATTITUDE

Yesterday I called Cell C's retentions department, I spoke to a lady named Musa. I am still in disbelief that she did not even try to retain me. She just asked on what date do I want to cancel?

I cant believe that Cell C has a person in retentions that is there just to cancel existing business. Should you not be retaining existing business???
