I can't get my account billing sorted out

Two months ago I requested from autopage that my debit order is moved up closer to my payday so that I can pay as soon as possible because I don't like debt. Now, for some reason autopage skipped a debit order on my account so now I am paying them 2 months in arrears. I've phoned them to try and get my payments back in line as I don't like owing people money. The call centre agent couldn't help me or give me any help on how I should proceed. I asked to speak to their billing department directly and I was instead disconnected.

I've had nothing but grief from this company. I'm counting down the months till my contract expires so that I can go elsewhere.
