My bis was throttled on the 27 of May. I was told it would be reset on the 1st of july. And I got a call from your "escalations department" saying that it would be fixed in a few hours. That was on the 8th of july. Its still not fixed. This morning I called your head offices and had them send me through to I.T. Department and they put me through to the "escalations department", needless to say I was sent from head offices to customer care. Cell c what you need to do is lift the throttling on my bis. Your customer care agent have told me that other customers had their throttle lifted as normal. So why are you not taking this matter seriously. I refuse to pay the full amount of my contract for a service being half delivered and the fact that your staff is not interested In helping me solve the problem just iritates me more. I have two contracts with cell c and I have never had problems until I upgraded.
