My boyfriend and i purchased the same phones on the 5th July and on the weekend i noticed the back cover and battery was loose so i emailed the store on the next Monday (8th July) to describe the nature of the problem and took the phone in with in the 7 day OBF policy. After numerous calls to the store they promised to call back but didn't, finally the manager emailed to say there is nothing wrong with the phone it is coming back from the OBF department.when i called and spoke to Bianca who offered to help, she had found out the IMEI number was incorrect as the lids had been swapped while purchasing the phone, i took the correct lid to the store within the 7 days and now all they can say is "SORRY WE CANT DO ANYTHING ITS OVER 7 DAYS."The service is unacceptable and they do not bother, i do not have a phone for 2 weeks now.if the store made an effort to call the OBF department within the 7 days i would not have this problem. Now they say they will call when the phone gets back during the course of this week, or i must send it for repairs. The manager had said the phone will be replaced but he does not have stock, but when i asked a colleague to call them, they said they had stock. why lie
