STILL WAITING FROM 10 SEPTEMBER

On the 10th of September I posted the complaint below and Autopaged answered they will get back to me...
guess what I AM STILL WAITING

so AUTOPAGE DO NOT CARE ABOUT BAD PUBLICITY...

I upgraded my account on the 30th of July to the new special advertised. the Samsung S4 with 100 minutes, 100 sms and 1 gig of data.
the account now show that I used 850mb of data and all of it is payable be me taking may account to over R1500 for this month. I mailed them 3 times and got one response (tough toenails) pay as your account is only upgraded from 1 September 2013.
If I was informed of this stupid way of doing business when I did the deal I would not have used the phone for this month.
Please people be warned so as not to fall in the same trap as they know they can just do what they want as you can not cancel your account without it costing you a arm and a leg.
Come on Autopage play fair..my family have been a customer of yours with a few accounts for a long time so you get your money out of us no need to be unfair in the process.
