I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH MTN

I just upgraded my internet package from 2 gig to 5 gig and today I received a shock email that i owe MTN R1500 because I exceeded my bandwidth limit. I have called the customer care line 5 times to get an itemised billing and they cant give it to me. I know my data usage, and there is nowhere I used that much.

I am really disappointed and I am going to cancel the contract
