Incompetent and don't care!!

I have had an MTN contract for 12 years on 2 phones and a pay as you go MTN phone. The billing for my contract celphone is automatically debited to my credit card which was. When I received the new card I did not remember that the card number changed with the result that the payment was declined. MTN did not have the decency to let me know that there was a problem on my bill but just simply suspended the phone. My phones are used for business purpose which obviously created a business problem for me. I immediately went into the Meyerton MTN shop and asked for assistance. They took the new card details and promised to have the phone activated by the next day. This did not happen. I went back 3 further times and each time they assured me they would resolve the problem and revert to me - which they did not. Eventually 1 week later they advised me that I then need to go and deposit the money into their bank account to resolve the issue. This I did but it still took them a further 24 hours to reactivate the phone. All could have been resolved if they had simply let me know BUT THEY SIMEPLY DON'T CARE!!! It has cost me about 15 hours of my time Disgusting!
