Still waiting on my tv 3 weeks later!!

3 weeks ago I went to canal walk to take out the router data deal that came with a 40 inch 3D tv.the contract was taken out on my maiden surname however I did supply the agent with my marriage certificate as my tv licence is on my married surname. The reason for my contract being taken out on my maiden surname is because I was an existing client on that surname. The agent exllained to me how mtn supplies the router and the data and outsources the tv from a company note she did not give me the name of the company nor contact details for this company, she added that it would take 3 to 5 days for the tv to be delivered note again it has been 3 weeks and still no tv. 2 weeks ago I go back to mtn whereupon I speak to the manager and he assures me that friday that he will contact the company and email we with some news the following monday, im still waiting. last week I pop into mtn in blue route mall and the agent there phoned the company immediately. The company told him that be cause the tv licence surname and the contract surname differed they had cancelled the request!! now they re processed the request and im at the back of the line and they dont hv any tvs in stock! unacceptable!!!
