I had a probelm with my blackberry the scroller was broken, i walked into Vodacom at 09:00pm wanting to find out what it would cost to fix it ad also how long it will take, the lady advised me that the phone is still under warantee so i wouldnt have to pay anything and it would take 1 to 21 days.. at 16:00 pm, i received an sms saying my phone is ready. I was over the moon, i really didnt expect them to be so quick.. Thanx Vodacom for your Prompt Service :-)
