Agent Signed phone on my behalf

I Sent my Galaxy phone for repairs there was helped by tiyung the service who did not give me any documentation and signed on my behalf.

When i came to collect my phone after 2months it was swaped and the IME number did not correspond to the one on my original box. Im disgusted about the service because that MTN is a franchise which employs people who dont know anything about quality services.

I wouldnt MTN as a value for money.
