031 NR PHONING ME

I keep on receiving calls from a 031 area code nr claiming they are from VODACOM and want to tell me about better deals and a new contract etc etc etc. I have on various occasions asked them to PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST. I have a VODACOM contract and what the do I want another contract for. Regardless of me telling them to stop phoning me they just dont. Im getting FED UP WITH THIS!!!
