FOURTH TIME IN FOR REPAIR AND STILL NOT WORKING

My iPhone has now been in for repair FOUR times, each time I am without it for a week. The repair center has apparently replaced it twice (with a replacement phone, not a new phone) and both times it has been returned to me with the exact same problem. Unbelievable. I am now insisting on a new phone, delivered to me, and I will exchange it with the fauly phone. Can somebody from MTN please call me on 0835842231 to arrange this. I am beyond irrate!
