I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than 21 years without any complains, but in April 2011 I noticed that my account was overcharge due to the additional services that I had never requested. After many month asking Vodacom for help, my legal divisor told me to present my case to WASPA, wish I did and solved same of the account problems with resolution No.1454586.Since Vodacom disappointed me I gave Vodacom notice of cancellation of the contract which had already expired and requested my account to be change as pay as you go. Vodacom approved my request and today am still using the same number with same personal info.
Last week I discover that I owed Vodacom R900.00. I do not understand this because nobody had notified me about this. I had try to contact the accounts dept. but they told me that I should contact the collection company, I had contact the collection company and they do not have any records of the problem.
During the past 21 years I had always paid my Vodacom account in time, I would like to exercise my right to see the allege outstanding account. Thanks, Sebastian
