Incorrect Billing dates

Hi there

Lat year December I made an arrangement with Cell C to debit me on the 15th December 2012 as I was going to get paid earlier. I am normally debited on the 26th and I made it clear to the agent that it should only be done for December and thereafter the debit order must be set back to the original 26th. Now on the 15th January the debit order went through and incorrectly so, I didn't have any money in my account so it bounced and both my lines were suspended. I was instructed to speak to the billing department but they told by some lady from pre-legal department that there is nothing they can do to restore my lines which meant that I am going to go without the service until I made the payment.

I didin't feel that the issue was given the attention it deserved. I called again on the 16th and I was given the following ref:3011605101 and was promised that I will be called within 48hours, which never happened.

can someone please look into this because if Cell C doesn't train their agents properly to understand their processes I am afraid we will joing othe service providers. e.g. the agent that spoke to in december would have made it clear to me that I have to call back date
