Dear HelloPeter

I had numerous issues with my handset and eventually an agent named Sipho contacted me and confirmed that my contract would be terminated with no charges to me. He requested i return the handset with all its accessories. I did as told (Ram Couriers way bill no - RW12951253, dated 10/05/2013). I requested a confirmation email for that conversation and that triggered a major issue cause Sipho never contacted me again.

Till date i do not have the handset and i have paid two consecutive months subscription in full. I am extremely angry and manner in which this query was dealt with is utterly disgusting.

I await your earliest reply.
