PLEASE CORRECT MY PACKAGE

I posted 2 weeks ago about my problem since April with MTN. my package is due to be re loaded again on the 20th. I want to know if the matter has been resolved? I do not want to go a third month with LESS data than what I originally signed up for. Besides this, MTN needs to refund me in rand value back into my bank account for the 150mb x 2 months (as I have received 150mb short for the last two months) and I am hoping the 20th is not another month of receiving incorrect data yet again. please sort this out. i am absolutely fedup. i have wasted hours on the phone with 808, hours in store, and several hello peter facebook and twitter postings and yet 3 months later nothing is happening???
