Not really a complaint!

Although I have headed this as a complaint, Mbongani responded promptly to my complaint regarding my cell number which starts with 061. He suggested that I change my number but I thought it would be too much bother. However I am still having the problem that my number is not being recognised as valid. I tried to contact Mbongani today, but don't know his surname. The call center said they would put me through to a department to help me, but so far without any result. I am really anxious to change my number as Mbongani suggested, and would be pleased if he would contact me again.
