I logged a fault via the website yesterday morning. This morning a lady phoned in response to this. From my description she identified the fault instantly, which was not due to Telkom, but due to my having forgotten that I had initiated the call answer facility years ago! She told me how to rectify it and even phoned back to check if it had cleared. I'm so impressed with this service. Well done!
