DATA SPECIALIST BROKE MY PHONE

I am boiling angry, hopping mad with a data specialist at Cresta Mall Vodacom. Today, I went in for a minor issue with my BBM and left with my phone ruined and had crashed. What total incompetence. What makes me so so so mad he tried to blame it on my battery phone. I've had this phone for a year and a half without any hitches as soon as he touched it, it crashes. I have never been so mad in my life. I will be filing a formal complaint with Vodacom. Do not take your phone there.
