I decided to apply for my upgrade online and the very next day I got a call from a very helpful lady (name unfortunately I missed). She was very polite, efficient and extremely helpful. She took all my details and processed my upgrade efficiently. She did advise that my phone would take 7 to 10 days to be delivered but I was pleasantly surprised to have my phone delivered to me this morning. Thank you MTN for your wonderful service.
