Having BIS for almost four yerars and now expected

Good day Mtn

I took out a contract with Mr Knoetze on the BB device on a Anytime 200 Top up package. I now receive a SNS on Saturday 13/07/2013 to say that mu BIS will expire on the 15/07/2013 and will be reloaded on the 16/07/2013 . however i must make sure i have enough airtime.

I am on Top up not prepaid i pay extra every month. I am still withing my contract signed for two years. On my statement you bill me then credit me (BIS is part of my package)

This is unaceptable and Mr Knoetze will not be renewing his contracts with MTN. I will also be logging this with the consumer board and Wendy Knowler of the papers.
