Recently moved my pre-paid line from one house to the onother. Called and was told that someone will contact me to finalise my refund of the pre-paid credit that was still on my account.
i was told that they'll call within 48 hours two weeks later nothing
called again im just told that i have to wait.
i was also told that when moving my service i will get a new cordless phone and the phone installed for free. the phone was installed for free but i did not recieve the free cordless phone.
