Vodacom
Bad service - only empty promises

Issue started in August 2012. Fist report was logged in February 2013. March logged another complaint and Rashieda informed me that Asanda from Vodacom said she was waiting for documents from myself, Rashieda also asked Asanda to contact me. Nobody as contacted me, the documents was submitted twice to Vodacom shop in Middelburg Mall, where consultant and the manager promised to sort this out.
Easy to guess: NOTHING IS SORTED TO DATE!!!
I cannot complain about their service to me because there was NO service to me
