NOT FOLLOWING CORRECT PROCEDURES

Cont and both of them confirmed the handset is not correct and must ask another handset, i also looked at the same handsets there and its definitely not the same at all, went back to cell c then the shop has closed went back Monday 8th of July asked for manager the woman called Lizzy assisted me and said handset not correct that way must send it for OBF and do not have stock at moment but will let me know when she does have stock. Yesterday 10th went to cellc Vusi said they received stock on BB 9900 but awaiting approval for my claim. I contact the department cell c main offices with my OBF reference number the guy said the did not received handset yet, i'm not the one to follow up it the correct procedures was taken at first i would have had a new phone by now. I'm thinking of going to the news papers and ombudsman with this bad and incorrect procedures you are following, i worked for 7 years in cellphone industry and know that the BB 9900 is a manufacture fault and must get a replacement right away, but i was told the handset was made like that and was to arrogant to show that i was in fact correct about it, i want a handset today they have stock, otherwise i will cancel all
