Dropping calls - no connectivity!! MTN

I have a Ipone5 contracted with MTN and live in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria East. My offices is situated at Silver Lakes, also in the East. Where ever I go, my phone is dropping calls. I don't have reception at my house or at my offices! My wife is also a MTN contracted customer with Samsung S3 - her number 083 472 3512. She also doesn't have reception at our house. I have reported it 3 times at the 808 number and 3 times the call dropped. The website contact us details on [URL Removed] is not working!!!
I want this sorted out now or I want out on my MTN contract.
