Charged for ' free' services

I signed up for a BB10 contract, it states free unlimited BBM for life. After researching my data usage I find out that apparently BBM text is free but pictures and files sharing through BBM is charged for.

Vodacom states BBM for free - Text. Cellc does not. I'm a heavy user of BBM and only once I've investigated the data leak do I get told about file sharing.

Not good enough I'm afraid. There really should be clear wording to tell people. I have used loads of data under the wrong presence.
