Supplementary fees

In May 2013 I paid R170 for supplementary exam at my local post office. I used the acount number & reference umber which was in one of UNiSA Registration books. Till today I'm still owing UNISA R170 which I paid months ago. Lately I've been receiving messages that my account will be handed over for collection. I've tried to call & e_mail different people but no luck.
Kindly assist me on this matter because I don't see myself paying another r170. My student number is 38732521
