It is now going to 5 months and I still have not received my HP Laptop back. Calling in does not help. Going to the Altech Autopage shop does not help. No one takes accountability. What is the use in having to pay nearly R400 per month for a data bundle and not having a Lab top?

All answer I get is that some one some where is waiting for an AUTH to repair under warranty.

This is realy bad service. I only had the Laptop for 4/5 months. No one is offering to repalce it or compensate me for the inconvenience of not having one.
